A volte, essendo necessaario l'uso di terminologia specifica che deve essere acquisita anche in lingua italiana, ed essendoci alunni che per diverse motivazioni (arrivano in classe ad anno scolstico avviato, sono di origini diverse, non hanno dato tutti il consenso per l'apprendimento nel caso della lingua minoritaria, presentano difficoltà di apprendimento) non hanno acquisito le strutture di base, risulta difficile far raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati per la materia di insegnamento.&lt;br /&gt;Risulta complesso, inoltre, dare continuità all'insegnamento con metodologia CLIL di una determinata materia per il turn over di insegnanti.&lt;br /&gt;Si pensa perciò di suggerire ai colleghi insegnanti di utilizzare la metodologia CLIL inizialmente per impartire l'insegnamento di materie che non incidono totalmente sull'apprendimento di terminologia specifica in lingua italiana quali motoria, musica (non solo canzoni!), tecnologia, informatica. Ottima idea la preparazione di lavori teatrali. Una voce deve essere spesa anche per la religione che può essere insegnata in lingua minoritaria. Le chiese spesso sostengono la lingua popolare e agiscono frequentemente come propositrici di percorsi e materiali (es. la Bibbia tradotta in lingua minoritaria, il messale, ...). Simili esperienze si sono svolte anche nei nostri Circoli. Questi percorsi aiutano i bambini ad uscire dai propri schemi mentali e a confrontarsi con soluzioni e idee completamente diverse dalla loro. Da noi l'esperienza è stata svolta tra diverse scuole, tra diverse classi della stessa scuola, tra diversi gruppi di alunni di una stessa classe. &lt;/b&gt;nel contesto più vasto dei sistemi educativi italiani ed europei e concerne aspetti culturali, pedagogici, socio e psicopedagogici comuni a tutti i settori disciplinari. Quella degli insegnanti di lingue minoritarie, seconde, straniere comprende dei tratti comuni che trovano la loro radice nella natura stessa dell’insegnamento/apprendimento plurilingue adeguato all’esigenza attuale della società europea di sviluppare buoni livelli di competenza comunicativa in una pluralità di lingue comunitarie sia di ampia circolazione che di più limitata diffusione e di diffondere tra i suoi cittadini la conoscenza della diversità e della ricchezza culturale dell’Unione per favorire la comprensione tra i popoli e la loro integrazione.&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;...&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Un nuovo sapere&lt;/i&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;i style=""&gt;&lt;/i&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;In via assolutamente prioritaria l’insegnante di lingue deve avere una buona padronanza pratica della lingua che insegna per poter offrire ai suoi allievi un modello di riferimento certo ed efficace, senza la presenza di coloriture (straniere o regionali) troppo marcate. Deve conversare con scioltezza e avere una buona disponibilità all’interazione verbale. Deve sapere confrontarsi, senza timore, con i modelli dei parlanti nativi qualora non sia un parlante nativo della lingua che insegna.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;Deve possedere una “theory of language”, conoscere cioè le principali teorie linguistiche per poter operare le scelte del ‘che cosa’ insegnare, per graduare i materiali linguistici e operare scansioni e progressioni.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;Una “theory of learning” è quindi necessaria per conoscere i processi di apprendimento degli studenti, diversi a seconda delle diverse fasce d’età, per far emergere i loro bisogni e i loro desideri in fatto di apprendimenti, i loro interessi e le loro motivazioni.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;Le conoscenze nel campo della sociolinguistica e delle scienze dell’ informazione guideranno l’insegnante nello sviluppo di attività comunicative che siano funzionali e appropriate alla varietà delle situazioni orali e scritte dell’ uso della lingua, tenendo conto dei diversi ambiti, dei ruoli, della modalità discorsive, dei generi e degli stili, delle strategie e delle tecniche.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;La consapevolezza della natura e dei livelli di bi-plurilinguismo (bilanciato, sbilanciato, coordinato, composito) e della natura dell’educazione bilingue (sommersione, immersione, immersione parziale, segregazione ecc.) sosterranno il docente nella organizzazione del curricolo, nella progettazione dei materiali e delle attività didattiche, nelle prove di verifica e di valutazione dei risultati.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;I contenuti culturali debbono comprendere anche la conoscenza degli aspetti sociali, istituzionali, educativi e ambientali del paese/luogo nel quale la lingua è usata.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;           &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2.Saper fare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Una buona competenza teorico-pratica nel settore della metodologia e didattica e delle glottotecnologie è indispensabile per garantire la scelta dei materiali appropriati, la programmazione e l’efficacia degli interventi nelle classi;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i style=""&gt;3.Saper essere&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;L’insegnante deve infine avere una buona capacità di inserirsi nel proprio ambiente scolastico, di lavorare collegialmente contribuendo attivamente all’innovazione.
